– Enter the phone number you want us to call.
– Enter the starting date, when you want the alarm to begin.

– Choose a challenge type.
– Select your timezone from the Alarm Timezone map.
Sleep soundly knowing your wake up call service will get you up on time, every time.
I have a weird schedule, help!
Sounds like the ‘weekly’ option in our alarm scheduler was built with you in-mind. As opposed to the ‘daily’ or ‘weekdays’ options, the ‘weekly’ setting allows you to select day and time combinations that you would like the alarm to ring every week.
For example:
– Say you have to wake for work Mon, Wed and Saturday at 6:00 AM.
– And for classes Tues and Thurs at 8:00 AM.
Said line-up is no problem (see examples to right on how to schedule) and uses only two of the three available slots in our alarm scheduler.
How do I hit the snooze bar?
Our wake-up call alarm service makes it easy to hit snooze and go right back to sleep if you need just a few more minutes of rest. Simply don’t answer the phone. Or answer immediately and hang up. We’ll call you back after nine minutes. Hit snooze as often as you need. Better Wake-Up Call allows for 7 snooze call backs after our first attempt. We don’t forget about you, even if you need to catch some more ZZZs.

What countries do you make wake-up alarm calls to?
Currently our wake-up call alarm service will make alarm calls to cellphones and landlines in the United States and Canada. However we’ve been considering offering our service in other countries and would love to have you tell us where our service is most needed.
Why do you ask the “Good Morning Wake-Up Challenge”?
We designed our wake-up call service so you’ll never sleep through an alarm. Our challenge questions help us verify that you’re fully awake. We offer four types of question, from really hard to super easy, so you can choose the type that’s right for you. (Or you can opt out completely if you wake easily or are unable to answer the phone for other reasons.) After you solve a quick problem, then we know you’re alert and ready to tackle the day.
What type of question can I pick for my “Good Morning Wake-Up Challenge”?
A Basic Math question involves adding, subtracting or multiplying one- or two-digit numbers for two-digit solutions.
Examples:
“Twelve plus thirty-one equals…” = 43.
“Nine times six equals….” = 54.
An Advanced Math question involves adding, subtracting or multiplying two- and three-digit numbers for three-digit solutions.
Examples:
“Three-hundred twenty-four plus two-hundred forty-six equals….” = 570.
“Twelve times twenty equals….” = 240.
The US State Capital question is multiple choice!
Example:
“What is the state capital of New Hampshire?
1 = Manchester
2 = Concord
3 = Nashua
Please enter your answer’s number. To repeat the question press zero.”
Our Wake-Up Confirmation is the simplest of our challenges. It asks you to confirm a number between 0 and 9 to disable the alarm.
Example:
“To Disable this Alarm please enter the following number. 9”
Or No Challenge for folks or don’t need or what a challenge question. NO SNOOZE CALLBACKS with this option.
Medication Reminder calls, like our “Wake-Up Confirmation” calls, ask you to confirm a number between 0 and 9 to disable the alarm. But instead of waking you up they remind you to take your medicine.
Example:
“Hello, this is your medication reminder from Better Wake Up Call! …To disable this reminder please enter the following number. 3”
Similarly our Medication Reminder – No Challenge calls notify you when it’s pill time but have no challenge question, and no snooze callbacks, just like our “No Challenge” calls.

We will send you an email if your credit card is expiring or if your payment cannot be processed.

Why do I need to give you a credit card to get a free trial?
Even though our wake-up call alarm service is free for the first 5 days, we ask for a credit card to ensure you are a real person and not a hacker’s computer. Help my phone is not ringing!
Newer iPhone’s include a ‘Silence Unknown Callers’ feature that when enabled sends calls from unknown numbers directly to your voicemail. While not as aggressive, Android phones include a similar ‘Block Unknown Callers’ feature that blocks and/or sends to voicemail calls from private or unidentified numbers. So to ensure that calls from Better Wake-Up Call are received, especially if you are having problems, we suggest you added our number, +1-646-679-6428 to your contacts list, to make certain our wake-up calls are never blocked in this way.
More questions? Click on these links for instructions on how to add contacts to your iPhone or Android device.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time. Simply login to your account. Then click Contact Us, selecting “Cancellations” in the space for Contact Reason.
Why did you make this wake-up call alarm service?
I built this site because, like you, I don’t wake-up easily and have a hard time getting out of bed. Who likes to miss an important meeting over something as silly as screwing up an alarm?
I realized whenever a friend called me on those really important mornings, I was out of bed in a flash. In this digitally connected age, our brains are naturally programmed to respond to our ringing phones, never fail. Something about the importance of a phone call just gets you going in the morning.
Any how, Better Wake-Up Call was inspired more out of my own frustration than anything else. Our wake-up call alarm service is like a good friend who always has your back!
